1349 Clayton Street
Corbett Heights · San Francisco, CA 94114

1927
Built by Frank A. Morrell, who also gave the building a striking row of garage doors in a one-storey concrete structure cascading down Clayton Street. The row now runs across several adjacent parcels, and it is unclear whether the whole of it went up speculatively in 1927 or was extended afterwards in a matching design. The building is also addressed 5 Villa Terrace.
