Revised drawing for the front doors swing out as per plans; reference to sfbc ab-005. revised app#201011305809. also install power door opener at front door only. provide brick finish at infill the existing 4 windows at second floor.

Installation of new fire alarm system, 1 facp, 2 manual pull stations, 14 smoke detectors, 3 heat detectors, 4 strobes, 6 horn strobes.

Revision to appl #201011235574 - mezzanines floor change to equipment room & stack room. no extra construction work under this permit. this revise for final inspection only.

Per correction of notice to get permit for final inspection for the existing flat primary out.with 30"x8". also side windows to be brick finish to match with exterior of the existing building permit # 201101248877.

Change of use from retail to restaurant. t.i. for proposed new susurn ramen restaurant.

This permit is for the purpose of correcting an error on permit application 2011.04.26.4831. the error was in relation to the existing fenestration schedule. all the clerestory & transom windows will remain existing wood frame. no changes to existing storefront under this permit.
