One of eight parcels the evaluation surveyed intensively, and one of five buildings the proposed Diamond/Bosworth infill site would demolish. Surveyed with 23 Brompton Avenue as one property on Lot 030, which has since been split. Built as a single-family home and described as a late example of the false-front vernacular wood-frame building put up in Glen Park from the turn of the century, altered by replacement cladding, a garage cut into the middle of the facade and boarded windows.
