The finding is the San Francisco Planning Department's, from its own survey of the parcels west of Lippard Avenue and inside the neighborhood commercial zoning, which this evaluation reprints. Pictured in the architectural-style chapter among the plan area's period-style buildings of the 1920s and 1930s. The evaluation examined the commercial core at Diamond and Chenery as a potential historic district and found it did not qualify; the city's current record puts this parcel in the California Register-eligible Glen Park Center Historic District.
