Reroofing.

Repair shower lea, remove tile, install new shower pan, install new drain, install new shower valve, install tile.

Remove and replace existing tub, remove tile from tub enclosure and replace with new acrylic enclosure - non-strucutral. r/r bath valve.

Replace in kind cabinets located at bar area on ground floor.

Replace existing gas insert fireplace in existing gas insert fireplace location. replace 180 sq ft of stucco at nw corner. 18 linear ft, 1st floor only. replace dryrotted studs and sheathing as needed in kind.

Complete pool demolition and removal of existing pool shell. backfill pool with clean soil and compact to 90% density. remove all pool equipment and properly dispose; cap and secure all utilities. provide compaction certification at final inspection.
