710 Ashbury Street
Haight Ashbury · San Francisco, CA 94117
A two-flat building near the corner of Ashbury and Waller, four blocks up from Haight Street. A published guide to notable San Francisco residences names it as the house Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead shared from 1965 to 1968; the guide gives no source for the dates, so the claim stands here as attributed, not established.

Not yet documented: the architect, builder and original permit; whether the two flats are the original layout; and any primary-source confirmation of the 1965–1968 residency, which rests on a single secondary guide. Know any of it? Tell us — just describe it in plain words.
