Designed by Albert H. Larsen, built as infill on what was left of a lot once occupied by the stables and garage buildings of the former Buena Vista Sanitarium. Apartment buildings above neighbourhood scale are rare in the Haight Ashbury, and this is one of them.

Replacement plus 2021 mandate upgrade of fire alarm system in fully sprinklered building. replace of existing facu with new ifp-75 and 16 pull stations. new aes-7707, 2 power supply, 10 smoke detectors, 54 low frequency sounders and 6 modules/relays.
