Designed by Albert L. Farr, one of the first architects licensed in California, known for heavily ornamented Colonial Revival, Chateauesque, Mediterranean Revival and Tudor houses in Pacific Heights and Sea Cliff.

Repair dry rot on fire escape stairs. secure bannisters. less than 50% of the stairs.

Reroofing.

Repair fire damaged roof, roof deck and parapet including, rafter & wall connections, parapet wall sheathing & strengthening roof rafters at damaged area only.

New tile and fixtures in 2 existing bathrooms.

Cut & repair patches in plaster/trim for electrical upgrades, all work to be done at interior of building; separate electrical permit required.

Replace rusted flashing behind exterior trim. remove trim to accomodate new flashing. install & replace all in kind.

Close up any spaces on railing and stairs more thatn 4" wide, no structural work involved, less that 50% repair in kind at side of building not visible from the street.

Remove an existing wall between kitchen and dining room.existing kitchen remain.

Remove and replace e kitchen cabinets and counter with new in same configuration. no exterior work.
