1315 7th Avenue

1. 1908

   Two attached two-storey cottages of about 1,422 square feet each were built at the rear of the site in 1908, and joined into one residence some time after the Second World War; unlike the buildings in front of them, they were kept and remodelled rather than demolished.

2. 1910

   The Home Telephone Company put up a single-storey building on the northernmost of these three twenty-five-foot lots about 1910; it later held an automobile radiator shop, and stood until the lots were merged and rebuilt.

3. 1911

   A three-storey building of 1911, with two flats over about a thousand square feet of shop, stood here until the three lots were merged and rebuilt.

4. 1928

   A wooden one-car garage of 493 square feet stood at the front of the southernmost lot from 1928 until the three lots were merged and rebuilt.
