    One of a row of bungalows built by Meyer Brothers before the block was paved — among the earliest houses in the Marina Vanderbilt tract. Meyer Brothers, the San Francisco firm headed by Theodore Meyer that the press called the city's largest home builder by 1921. It was the first to buy land in the Marina Vanderbilt tract in 1924 and put up more than eighty-five buildings in it.
