   The 18-unit apartment building, built in 1929 on a 75-by-94-foot corner lot at Francisco Street, had three floors of flats — six studios, eleven one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom — over a garage for 17 cars.

   The City Planning Commission unanimously approved converting the apartment building to condominiums, on condition that no tenant be required to leave before 1 October 1976 (Resolution 7459).
