    One of a row of “bungalow flats” built by Meyer Brothers between Scott and Divisadero streets in December 1925. Meyer Brothers, the San Francisco firm headed by Theodore Meyer that the press called the city's largest home builder by 1921. It was the first to buy land in the Marina Vanderbilt tract in 1924 and put up more than eighty-five buildings in it.
