    One of a row of two-flat buildings put up by Meyer Brothers between Bay and North Point streets in the Marina Vanderbilt tract. Meyer Brothers, the San Francisco firm headed by Theodore Meyer that the press called the city's largest home builder by 1921. It was the first to buy land in the Marina Vanderbilt tract in 1924 and put up more than eighty-five buildings in it.
