Revision to application # 201312275186 change window material from aluminum to fiberglass anderson fiberx windows.

Revision to application # 2014.0325.1691 issued 3/25/2014, more dry rot discovered in framing & sheeting of back structure, replace damanged framing, sheating & stucco at rear wall of structure, replace (5) rear doors, (4) unit doors to fire escape, & 1 door to laundry room.

Repair/replace wood due to dry rot damage at upper corners of garage door openings at the back of the building, not visible from the street.

Replace 8 windows 4 front 4 rear to use aluminum windows sliders or casement xox.

To bring building into full compliance with the provisions.
