Permit history
Seven permits, all in 1987–1994 and nothing since. The 1987–89 run reads as one project: reinforce the east-side foundation and replace the kitchen, remodel a family room, and remove a column with a new beam — with a larger family-room construction permit withdrawn along the way.
-
Jan 1994

-
Aug–Oct 1993
Termite repair, then reroofing.
-
Nov 1988
Add a beam to remove a column in the rec room.
-
May 1988
Remodel the family room. A companion permit to build a new family room was withdrawn.
-
Dec 1987
Reinforce and augment the foundations on the east side; replace the kitchen.
Not yet documented: the architect and builder, the original permit, when the building was divided into two flats, and any primary-source confirmation of the Blanc residency. Know any of it? Tell us — just describe it in plain words.
