One kitchen remodel, in kind bathroom remodels (2 full one 1/2 bath), redo flooring (1000 sq ft) redo drywall (50% of unit), minor dry rot repairs, replace 3-5 windows (same locations) repair rear deck stairs (<50%), all work at the rear not the front facade (e.o) 9/30/2021.
