Installation new of overhead fire protection sprinklers to protect the entire 1st floor per nfpa 13r. 22 sprinklers requiring 150 gpm @ 57 psi @ cwm with new 2" underground copper fire service off of 8-inch main on 23rd st. ref appl 201602189872 s1/r1.

Add a 3rd unit by remodel part of ground level garage & utility space into 3rd dwelling unit, 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom. see notice of special restrictions 2016-k239841-00.

Replace the entire dry rot damaged south exterior wall stud of the building. replace one exisitng window header with new, replace some wall stud around the window above. (repair in kind). add one beam to support existing ceiling joist.

Interior remodel of one unit, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, remove 1 interior non-load bearing wall. remove (1) non-street facing exterior window & infill with wall. interior lighting remodel, interior finishes remodel, replace all non-street facing windows with double pane vinyl windows. replace.

To correct the address on the application of 201407070600 from 3669 to 3671 23rd street. same building and same owner, but different unit.
