Interior remodel including new kitchen with new hood in each unit; bathroom remodel in each unit/ new 1/2 bath on lower floor. remove existing unpermitted sunrooms & convert back to rear porch; add concrete foundation & concrete slab while lowering floor elevation to crawl space.

Repair rear porch wall due to dry rot. replace 2 existing windows at rear porch.

Repair work per complaint#201558931 itel #10. damaged walls & unapproved material at ceiling at rear porch enclosure & pantry room at lower unit. install 5/8" sheetrock. mud, tape & paint.

To comply with comlaint #201557611: repair work under items #2, 5, 10 only. #2: repair stairs & deck less than 50% repair. #5: repair stairs at side to rear yeard in-ikind. #6: install 5/8in sheetrock at basement corridor *type x).
