Revision to 201210172213(r-3), sht s1-revised footing detail #3, added hdu2(1)move hud 8, sht s4-revise detail 5 to show 12"embedment for hdu2 holddown into existing footing, sht s5-revised shear moved window.

To complete work and to obtain final inspection for work approved under permit application 201109154679.

Convert workspace to dwelling unit. add kitchen & shower. add (3) fire rated 45min fixed windows (2) 5-0 x 4-o h (1) 2-043-0h.

New 3'-0" x 6'-8" side door/frame. repair back stairs per complaint # 201454941. stairs have wood deterioration. support post, support brackets, select treads/risers. repair area less than 50%. repair door trim to side door and siding repair. no changes to windows. maintain egress.

To comply nov#201170833 reference permit application 2011-09-15-4679. revise building 2 ft by sistering new studs to existing studs. add shear wall per drawings.

Remodel 809 & 809a: change interior wall locations, new spread footings, new electrical, widen stairs. new upstairs bathroom @ one unit. vault ceiling @ one unit.

Remodel 2 kitchen - new cabinets tile floor, countertops & 2 bathroom - new plumbing fixtures, tile @ floor/shower walls. work performed on two units-a only. no wall relocation or removed.
