Converting first floor to a second unit of a single family dwelling. no work will be performed on 2/f. mechanical, electric, plumbing will be under separate permits.

Add 1 bathroom at upper level & legalize 2 existing bedrooms & 1 bathroom on ground level (garage).

Remodeling existing kitchen and bath, all owrk at upper floor. no change on walls.

Repair rear stairs, remove illegal kitchen.

Install aluminum windows.
