Exterior wood repair and replacement. new windows, one new door and two stair replacements.

Replace steel roll up door with an electric operated steel gate.

Remove 2 layers of non-historic exterior siding. all sides all elevations to prep for restoration of original wood siding. (existing origial exterior siding is under siding to be removed).

Replacing perimeter foundation, construct new stairs to existing driveway and replacing retaining wall at driveway.

Replace less than 4' high retaining walls on both sides of driveway within lot, approx 100 lf. also approx. 500 sq ft. of driveway.

Reroofing.
