Remove and replace damaged siding (left side of the building) that is letting water intrude into the building. new water resistive barrier will be installed once rotted siding is removed. new siding wiil be installed. replace in kind, no structural work.

Apt. a: install two 14" solatube daylight system (at living room and dining room) at flat portion of roof. no joist or rafters cut. 5' or more set in from property line.

Comply with complaint #201710994: remove sheetrock, lath, plaster due to extensive water damage, infill non-conforming existing windows, adjacent to existing blind wall. repair exterior decking due to dry rot. deck repair only. all work is not visible from street.

Reroofing. in-kind reroofing. asphalt shingles to asphalt shingles on pitched roof and new membrane on flat roof at rear. no other work per this permit.

Remodel kitchen & baths in all four units (new tile, cabinets & fixtures). repair water damage to roof, flooring, walls. no structural work.

Replacement of old foundation with new foundation in kind.

To change kitchen cabinets and countertop in one unit.

Repair back stairs less than 50%. replace existing wall heater at living room. 30000 btu.
