1750 Harrison Street

   Before the present building, the irregular lot of about 36,000 square feet was used for truck sales and parts: trucks were dismantled, steam-cleaned and painted inside buildings, parts were stored in racks in the open yard, and the office and parking faced Harrison Street. The City Planning Commission approved with conditions truck wrecking on the site as part of a truck and truck-parts sales business, allowing a cyclone fence along the Harrison Street display area.
