Replace air handlers ahu-1 & install variable air boxes for 2nd floor offices. replace ahu-2 & ahu-3, replace heating water boilers with a new near condensing boilers. upgrade energy management & control system for ahu's & boilers. replace domestic water boilers, storage tank circulating pumps & flues.

Demolish existing fire alarm control units, devices and fire alarm cabling. provide new fire alarm control units, devices and fire alarm cabling per nfpa 72.

Remove 2 waste tank system located on underground concrete valut, remove fuel 1, 000 gallon above ground tanks in mechanical room, 5 new aboveground tanks ul 142, new hose reels, pumps, equipment & piping installed in mechanical room. n/a ordinance #155-13.

Ada upgrades to facility which include restroom renovation, hand rails, signage, removal of drinking fountains and door replacement.

Remove six existing vehicle lifts, replace with (5) new in kind automotive lift institute, (ali) certified vehicle lift and associated equipment at scott facility, additional work to be performed, (1) demolition existing lifts and removal attached equipment install new grs conduit wiring and branch circuit breakers.

Replace facp with unimode 10. smoke detectors pull stations replaced. 1 smoke detector added. cell dialer added, monitored by central station.

Renovate, rehab & seisimically retrofit existing 2-story, 29500 sq ft building to provide office and operational space for sfmta parking & traffic enforcement division. install a standard office trailer @ adjacent vacant parcel under permit application 202401234496 to house the division's emergency related operations.

Fire alarm ti: adding cellular communicator to existing notifier nfs-320 fire alarm system.

Site improvement incl new paving, fencing/gates, install std office trailer, generator & port restroom, & electrical bicycle charging stations for the sfmta facility's fleet. st improvement consists of sidewalk expansion along 15th st & alabama st, curb cuts/ramps, new street trees. ref 202203089442.
