The flagship Bay View Federal Savings, by FTM Associates: glass cladding, a barrel-vaulted roofline, a mid-level terrace and, at the lower storeys, anodized metal sheathing shaped to suggest the bank's eagle emblem. It sits on squat structural supports that make it appear to float.
