    A Victorian commercial building of about 1900, remodelled in 1913 when its projecting bay was taken off, and again in 1938, when the Beal Store Equipment Company installed a Streamline Moderne storefront and redesigned the upper storey to match — smooth stucco, speed lines, Art Deco elements, a Vitrolite bulkhead, oval glass and a new residential entrance. The work turned the shop into a real estate office.
