As approved by sq ft dpw per minor sidewalk encoarchment permit #17mse-0579, a push button will be installed at the mission st entrance to comply with sq ft dbi information sheet da-04 the use of power door operators inlieu of level landing at door. this also fulfills sq ft information sheet da-17.

Exterior modification of bank, exterior signage upgrade, clearning/patching stucco, re clad metal canopy. all signate uder separate permit. mosaic murals to remain. no additional area/height.

Re-face 1 existing free standing sign (bank of america). ground. non-electric. double faced.

Install 2 illuminated wall signs (bank of america). electric. single faced.

Revision to 202202087518 to change attachment method for sign ext 003. no other changes proposed.
