Repair back stair, replace rotten wood.

Tile 2 bedrooms floors (600 sq ft) on the 1st floor. tile kitchen / bathroom floor on the 2nd level (300 sq ft.) paint interior / exterior of the house. change 2 door in the bedroom on the 1st level.

Tiling bathroom and kitchen. install new cabinets, existing remodel bathroom and kitchen, paint interior/exterior. no change to the walls and windows.
