Integrity is high. Contributor to the Mission Reconstruction District locally significant area (50-52 Ramona St). Criterion C: the survey's proposed district for the northern Mission's rebuilding after the 1906 earthquake and fire, period of significance May 1906–1913, predominantly Classical Revival, Edwardian and Mission Revival in wood frame construction."
