To comply with complaint # 20115293 (bid)repair front entrance stairs by grouting top riser and installing code compliant handrail. 1st story stair to rear yard, replace stair stringer and railing. patch and texture walls at rear room adjacent to bathroom. repair sheetrock to one wall at bedroom.
