Renovation of existing school building, including new elevator.

Fire sprinkler tenant improvement to accomodate e walls per fire inspector comments, add 5 upright sprinklers.

Phase 1 like for like system replacement with new control panel, smoke detector and 4 pull station at the same location, install radio communicator to monitor the entire system. install monitor modules to tie in existing flow and tamper switches to new panel.

As built ref permit application 202005057301. remove 3 11ov fire bells from plans. not exist.

Place 3 relocatable classroom buildings in the school yard of existing school and connect to existing utilities.

Add-on to existing like for like system due to 3 new portable building. install new power supply panel, smoke & heat detectors, notification devices & pull station at every exit in new portable classrooms. new devices will be tied in to existing panel. #2020-0505-7301, #2021-0304-6215.

Revision to pa 2021-0309-6215 for alternate fire rating detail at skirt.
