One unit: relocate existing kitchen, bathroom. convert existing kitchen space to bedroom & replace existing sheetrock with new. all work at g/f.

To comply with complaint # 202425589 construct new fence, material pressure treated wood post and redwood fence boards (32' x 6.5 ) once completed contact housing inspector.

Minor repair for outside street facing stair -about 15%.

Relocate existing kitchen, bathroom. construct 1 new half bath. repair existing deck in-kind & replace existing sheetrock with new at 2nd floor (one unit). relocate existing kitchen, bathroom. construct 1 new half bath. repair existing deck in-kind & replace existing sheetrock with new at 3rd floor (one unit).

Instal (3) windows on back of house.

To comply with nov.# 201452551, repair back stairs partial, item #3 less than 50%.

Repair two landings on rear stairs & handrails. less than 50% in kind.

Repair fire damage.
