976–980 Valencia Street

1. 1907

   Built in 1907 by George Lang: four storeys, two storefronts and eighteen flats, one of the dense reconstruction-era buildings that replaced the single houses burnt in 1906. Its upper storeys were glazed with divided-light wood-sash windows and its storefront transom with prismatic glass, and both storefront and upper storeys keep high physical integrity.
