    After six hearings since November 1974, the City Planning Commission approved, 5-2, St. Francis Memorial Hospital's outpatient addition at the corner of Bush and Hyde Streets, built in phases, with four more floors set back later and the hospital bound to keep meeting a coalition of thirteen community groups and Chinese Hospital (Resolution 7488).
