   The Standard Construction Company contracted for the excavation, reinforced concrete and carpentry of the H. C. Harrison building on the corner, at $52,500.

2. December 24, 1910

   Cahn, Nickelsburg & Co. leased a two-storey and basement class A building to be put up over the whole corner, 120 feet on Van Ness by about 246 on Post, to an automobile firm for 20 years at close to $500,000; MacDonald & Applegarth drew the plans, with showrooms, lofts and roof gardens.
