Water damage repair from burst water supply line upper unit bathroom. drywall installation, replace knob & tube wiring, replace flooring. resetting of existing plumbing fixtures in bathroom. no structural repairs of alteration. comply with nov 202174769.

One unit -set containment and negative air pressure. remove lead containing plaster and lathe from sections of wall and ceiling (approx 861 sq ft).
