   A. Sabella's Restaurant occupied the building, with a plastic and metal sign over the sidewalk at its lobby entrance.

   The City Planning Commission unanimously found a boat-hull crab stand on the sidewalk outside A. Sabella's Restaurant in conformity with the Master Plan, provided an awning tied it to the building and the sidewalk was not widened.
