Administrative permit to document the legal use and occupancy of structure as a three story two unit building. this determination is based on a review of records including sanborn map, assessor record and a dbi site visit. no work under this permit.

Change of use from two unit to two unit with group housing on 2nd and 3rd fl. 1st fl to remain residential unit. infill wall on 1st fl. add washer/dryer and new wall on 2nd fl. remove and replace 2 windows street facing windows in kind.

Reroofing 10 sq ft. torch down.
