One of two Bonus Plan houses built in North Beach under the post-earthquake relief program, designed by Kidd & Anderson. The city's survey also identifies the building as individually eligible for its association with Chinese-American historiography.

Replace (9) existing windows: (5) @ front & (4) @ right side of the building with alum clad wood single hung windows. replace vinyl siding with horizontal wood siding & shingles & add plywood waterproofing at front & right side of building. ~700sqft.
