Replacement dryer vent pipe to comply with nov# 201542643.

2/f: remodel residential unit: add 2 rooms, replace kitchen existing cabinets & counter, replace existing sink & add to existing restroom a new shower.

Tenant improvement: change of use from "b" to "m" occupancy. new accessible restroom. new ceiling, partitions, doors and hardware, flooring, lighting, power and finishes. must comply with sffc 1103.7.6.1 fire alarm under sep permit.

Revision to app#202102023831. new accessible entry doors. and new accessible restroom. new partition walls. repair t-bar ceiling as needed.
