1711 Broderick Street

1. 1883

   Built by Charles L. Hinkel, whose family firm was among the Bay Area's leading residential builders in the late nineteenth century; his work is marked by canted narrow windows with keystone lintels, pedimented gables with boxed eaves and prominent scrolled brackets.
