   An Art Deco commercial building that held the Yokohama Art Goods Store before the war and a dentist's offices in the 1950s.

3. 1945

   Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett, the physician who bought and ran the Sun-Reporter and led the local NAACP, opened his medical practice here in 1945. Identified in 2024 as eligible for local landmark, California Register or National Register designation.

4. 1970

   A restaurant occupied the ground floor here beneath a dental office on the upper storey, both run by the same Fillmore dentist. As of 2019 the building remained in the family and the restaurant space had not been remodelled.
