   Drew College Preparatory School, with John F. Kennedy University's museum-studies programme, had taken over the Lincoln University site; the Commission voted 6-0 to hold a conditional use hearing to set conditions on the school.

   The City Planning Commission voted 4-3 to set conditions on the Drew School's automatic conditional use of the property, limiting its classes to 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on weekdays and ending the John F. Kennedy University Center for Museum Studies' tenancy there by 30 June 1983, its evening classes held to 5-10 p.m. (Resolution 8372).
