Replace rear wall siding & 2nd level windows due to leaks. replace everything in-kind.

Markoff structural pest control termite report# 24319 items # 1-4: replace fungus and termite damage at bay window soffit. re-stucco in kind. replace fungus damage to siding at right side middle.
