Stair to be rebuilt.

Replace exist roof, rotted siding & joists, garage doors.

Remove existing roof and replace dry rot.

Existing bearing wall resting on grade, install foundation.

Reroofing.

Repair stairs per notice of violation#200672487 less than 50% of structure front stairs. same for same.

Framing repairs to include repairs at existing 1st floor wall above replaced foundation permitted under 9319957 and repair to 2nd fl to wall connections at exterior driveway wall.

Replace existing stair cited in nov #201232102 & dbi pre-application as unsafe & noncompliant with reconfigured stair meeting.

Replacement of existing un-reinforced brick foundation (at front side) & application of interior sheathing.

Voluntary strengthening of work started under 201305308243. replace existing substandard brick foundations with new reinforced footins. add new sheathing and holdowns at existing walls. replace portions of substandard gr fl with slab on grade. framing and dry rot repairs. add moment frame. no exterior.

Replace finishes (sheetrock and tile and cabinets, etc.) in-kind that were remove to perform voluntary strenthening work (ref. 201310250217). update electrical and plumbing lower one unit only.

Reroofing.

To obtain final inspection for work approved under permit application: 201606210503, 202006249044, and 202011259731. all work is complete.

To comply with nov# 202536780: clarification of work under previous permits. bath remodel, adjustment of rear window, and door locaitons. replace garage door, add wet bar and closet at lower floor. ref permit application 202504013464.
