   The 75-by-100-foot lot held a three-level parking garage used for storage, monthly and occasional parking and some repairs — about 40 cars, half of them unregistered and stored — a nonconforming use due to end in 1980; San Francisco University High School proposed to buy it and convert it into classrooms, studios and a gymnasium.
