    Built for Alfred G. Hanson by the Richmond District contractor Henning P. Otten, who also built the houses at 120, 132 and 136 27th Avenue, to designs by John Charles Flugger, who had grown up on Point Lobos Avenue: one of the first houses of the middle Richmond on the old Baker dairy ranch, unaltered in 1989.
