Replace 1 header in kind; replace (2) rafters in kind due to dry rot. all work to be performed at 6 sumner st at rear of property. in existing kitchen add ply to floor 100 sq ft. header at rear wall of building.

Revison to permit application 202602045221: replace exterior siding along south wall. existing shingles to be replaced with hardie artisan. install (2) new fiberglass doors in existing location. modify existing rafter tails.

In-kind repair at existing deck framing due to dry rot, less than 50% of existing deck framing to be replaced, remove & replace existing slider doors (2) to replace dry rot framing, not visible from street.
