    A Mohawk gasoline service station, a non-conforming use due to end in 1980, occupied the 9,000-square-foot corner lot with 90 feet of frontage on Santiago Street. The City Planning Commission approved, with conditions and by 7-0, rebuilding and modernizing the non-conforming gasoline service station with new canopies, keeping its May 2, 1980 expiration date.

  4. September 14, 1978

    In September 1978 a gasoline service station stood on the corner as a non-conforming use in a residential district; the Commission continued its owner's request to lift the date by which the use had to end, and directed the staff to draft a resolution lifting it after reviewing the site design.
