1. 1932

   Opened as one of the two “Sunset House” model homes, the Rousseau brothers' first and among the earliest in the Sunset District. The pair had identical interiors, including the new Patio Plan courtyard, behind markedly different fronts; when the first sold, the second was opened to take the crowds.
